Howard M. Cohn, B.S.M.E., J.D. Admitted to bar in New York and Ohio, and registered to practice before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Former U.S. Patent Examiner. Passionately involved in all aspects of Intellectual Property Law including preparatory studies and analysis of the novelty of inventions and admitability of trademarks; examination, preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications; enforcement of patent rights concerning litigation, arbitration, and licensing; and broad client counseling pertaining to confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, development agreements, joint ventures, due diligence strategies, technology transfer agreements, software protection, and employment agreements.
